My Sweet Davey

So being married is about the most amazing thing I have ever gone through. I loved Dave before, but I never knew that I could love someone the way I love him now. I can't describe in words what he means to me. The greatest thing in the morning is waking up next to my best friend. I love when he climbs into bed (because I go to bed hours before he does) and he wraps his arms around me and holds me as he falls asleep. It's incredible how the same man I have always known has completely transformed right before my eyes. He can bring me to tears instantly just but thinking about how much I love him. He can make the room stop and spin when he stares me in the eyes. He can make me smile when I absolutely don't want to. He can tell me I'm being a little too sensitive and get my attitude to change, or he can just hold me and make it all better.

When I'm having a rough day and all I want is my husband to hold me and love me he does that. Yesterday he went to the store for me to get supplies I needed for dinner, just so I didn't have to go when I got home. Then when I got home he cuddled with me on the couch and talked to me about my day and told me how much he loves me.

His love means more to me than any other single thing on this earth. I never thought I would care so much about someone else's happiness. He says the greatest things in the world, like thanking me for getting up and going to work for our family. It's the little things like that, that mean more to me than all the gifts in the world.

He goes for bike rides with me, and tells me I'm beautiful. Every once an awhile he pulls out that I look like an angel and then he kisses me. I seriously think I have found the greatest man to ever cross the face of the earth. I found my soulmate, and that's a pretty amazing feeling.
